Main Responsibilities of a Bartender:

• Taking and serving orders
• Preparing beverages for customers
• Recommending beverages based on bar customers' needs and preferences

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. As a bartender at Brown Iron, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' drinking experience and contributing to our bar's profitability. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, and preparing both classic and innovative cocktails. You will communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, making menu recommendations based on their preferences. Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized is also an important part of your role.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts

We said we love great food and we mean eat! We specialize in fresh food made daily. Enjoy our pulled pork, brisket, “beer-can” chicken or bacon smoked fresh in our smoker each day. Enjoy a fabulous salad, ground brisket burger or house-made pretzels. We specialize in Gluten free so you can find something for a special diet.
