If you are driven, resilient, accountable, loyal, relational/value people, authentic, and reliable - come join our team as our Iron Worker in Wichita, KS!
Position Description
Iron Worker Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Ability to erect steel structure including: columns, beams, bar joists, and decking
  • Ability to erect pre-cast panels
  • Experience using oxy-acetylene torch
  • Ability to work at ease at elevated heights

Position Requirements
Iron Worker Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
  • Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling

Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance.
We expect all field employees to:
  • Comply to all safety rules and regulations
  • Be on time to the job site
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Have a strong work ethic

Other considerations:
  • All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test
  • Wages are based on experience and performance
  • Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
  • Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

The following tools must be provided by the candidate:
  • Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)
  • Spud Crescent Wrench
  • Bar
  • Red Snips
  • Green Snips
