  • Iron Mountain is seeking amotivatedClass B or NON CDL Commercial Driver to join ourTransportationteam forLong Term Career . In this role, you will be responsible forsafely operating a CDL vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. We're looking for professional drivers to help move Iron Mountain into the future.

    What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead daily shred operations by driving a 24 or 26-foot automatic truck on assigned routes (avg. 30 stops) and managing the secure delivery and servicing of customer shred bins.

    • Support route efficiency and secure documentation by consistently utilizing a handheld Zebra scanner to accurately track bin service and manage daily route activity.

    • Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety/security procedures while providing outstanding customer service as the face of Iron Mountain.

    What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A valid Class B Commercial Driver's or Valid Driver License (CDL); Class A is welcome, but pay is set at Class B rates.

    • At least 1 year of route driving experience in a busy city environment, such as downtown Seattle, is preferred.

    • Proven ability to perform substantial physical labor, including pushing, pulling, squatting, and walking up to 7 miles per day while moving bins weighing between 65-250 lbs.

    • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet commercial driving and company requirements.

    • Salary details: Competitive pay between CDL B $30.00-$34.00/hour, NON CDL $26.00-$28.00 or depending on experience.
