Location: Montgomery, AL

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions on the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This is a full-time contract role based onsite in Montgomery, Alabama, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute immediately to a dynamic team supporting state government initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on development expertise with ServiceNow, JavaScript, and APIs to create robust ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM solutions. Partner with us to deliver mission-critical applications, enhance system functionalities, and support long-term digital transformation efforts. If you are passionate about building impactful ServiceNow solutions and are committed to excellence, this role is perfect for you.

Top Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (not administration)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs
  • Extensive experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, ACLs, and REST API integrations
  • Proven development experience in ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM modules
  • Working knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management
  • Professional experience in coding, testing, implementation, and production support
  • Systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical solution design skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certifications in ITSM, SecOps, or GRC/IRM implementations
  • Experience with IntegrationHub, ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping
  • Experience working within state government or large enterprise environments
