The range may vary if the role outside of this location. You’re equally comfortable engaging with technical experts and simplifying insights for broader audiences.## ## **What you’ll do*** Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing measurement roadmap, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), ensuring alignment across global and local teams* Introduce innovative analytics tools, partnerships, and methodologies to advance measurement capabilities and uncover new growth opportunities* Partner with senior leadership to optimize portfolio investment strategies and guide brand performance decisions using data-driven insights* Build and scale sustainable analytics solutions by transitioning pilot programs into standardized, organization-wide tools* Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to address data gaps, improve processes, and enhance marketing effectiveness* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate multiple data sources and perspectives into cohesive measurement frameworks* Lead and develop talent while fostering strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders## ## **What’s in it for me?**Being part of an inclusive and diverse company where professional development and internal career mobility is front-and-center to our talent strategy.
