Ce poste consiste a assister l'operateur dans le bon fonctionnement des lignes d'extrusion. Il doit effectuer un travail de qualite selon les procedures et instructions de travail en vigueur. Toutes ses activites doivent etre menees tout en garantissant et en maximisant la securite, la qualite et la production des produits, la tenue des lieux, et le controle des couts afin de realiser les objectifs de l'usine.

Activites principales

  • Analyser les causes de non-conformite, suggerer et appliquer des mesures preventives et correctives afin d'assurer la conformite du produit, du processus et du systeme qualite.

  • Taux horaire : 26,38$ + prime de nuit + temps supplementaire

  • S'assurer du traitement efficace des produits et procedes non conformes en relation avec ses taches.

  • Identifier et enregistrer tous problemes relatifs au produit, au processus et au systeme qualite conformement aux procedures.

  • Completer, analyser et classer tous les documents requis dans les procedures.

  • Chercher et recommander des solutions d'amelioration de la qualite tout en effectuant le suivi.

  • Placer le produit fini dans l'espace approprie.

  • Aider au depart des machines et assister l'operateur.

  • S'assurer d'un apport constant de materiel sur les machines.

  • Preparer les modules de bois necessaires pour sa machine.

  • Voir a ce que les produits soient conformes aux normes de qualite.

  • Rediger rapports et formulaires requis par le programme d'assurance qualite.

  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre

  • Executer toutes autres taches demandees par l'operateur, le chef d'equipe et ses superieurs.

Exigences

  • Detenir un diplome d'etudes secondaire (D.E.S.) ou equivalence;

  • Posseder une experience dans le milieu manufacturier;

  • Maitriser la langue francaise (lire, parler et ecrire);

  • Bonne dexterite manuelle;

  • Etre en mesure de travailler physiquement sur nos quarts rotatifs de 12h
