Job description

Independence CSD is hiring:

Custodian - 2nd Shift

  • Start July 1, 2026
  • Openings at East Elementary, West Elementary, and the Jr/Sr High School
  • 8.0 hrs/day
  • Hours: 3:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m. - may be adjusted as needed
  • Overtime hours may be required, but are not guaranteed
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Starting Base Pay $16.15 per hour  - Shift differential equals $0.35 per hour when working 2nd shift
