Familiarity with legal research databases (like Westlaw or LexisNexis), e-discovery platforms, and case management systems is typically required. Outstanding analytical thinking, persuasive communication, and attention to detail set top performers apart in this role. These skills and qualifications are crucial for effectively navigating complex IP disputes, advocating for clients, and succeeding in high-stakes legal environments.
