REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. This role requires strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships in a team-oriented culture. Applicants must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice in California. Admission before the United States Patent & Trademark Office is a plus but not required.
