At Strayos, we are transforming the Mining, Infrastructure and Civil engineering industry through our advanced visual intelligence software platform that our customers use on a daily basis to make key operational and business decisions.We are creating the Automated Jobsite of the Future. This involves automating heavy machinery; using imagery, videos, and IoT sensors to analyze productivity and efficiency of jobsites on construction and mining sites and bringing all of these AI and machine learning platforms to the edge with node devices.
About the role
Strayos is looking for an business and product marketing intern to help accelerate product growth by championing the customer, communicating product value, and bringing products to market. This is a unique opportunity to bring technology that is changing the way hundreds of large mining and infrastructure projects work globally.
You will learn about the strategy and execution to create internal and external collateral that clearly communicate our product values that resonate with our customers.  This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the company CEO and learn/experiment the marketing skills for a industrial AI platform.


What You'll do

  • Develop targeted messaging and positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, use cases, and marketing and sales enablement initiatives to enable effective selling into specific market segments
  • You have effective interpersonal and goal-focused communication by phone, webinar, email, and in-person.
  • You're excited to dive into new industries like mining and construction, learning and internalizing what matters to customers in order to provide value
  • Develop product marketing strategies and collateral (promotion, product go-to-market, sales enablement, and customer success)
  • Create product marketing briefs establishing messaging and positioning, features and benefits, and competitive analysis to partner with marketing team to craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Sales or Marketing discipline
  • Knowledge of  product go-to-market, sales enablement strategy and execution
  • Strong organization/project management and presentation skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, approaching problems creatively and embracing rapid iterations
  • A collaborative, optimistic team player
