IOS Developer
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (looking local to Atlanta)

***All contractors will have to be based in Atlanta metro area – on-site in ATL is now REQUIRED***
Candidates MUST be willing and able to complete 3 round of interviews --- 2 internal interviews (including a coding challenge!!!) and a final round end-client interview
We need 3 iOS and 3 Android developers hired and in seats by 1/9/2023, so we need a vigorous recruitment push from all vendors over the next week
These positions are ALL Contract-To-Hire (CTH) – the plan is to bring all 6 developers on FTE at some point in the future.
All suppliers MUST provide the vendor evaluation form (excel doc) for each candidate they submit. This is very much needed to ensure the supplier is also doing the due diligence and not just throwing the candidates over the wall, per the hiring managers
Requirements & Skills:
1. Proven working experience in iOS app development for more than 5+ years
2. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
3. Proficient with Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa Touch
4. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
5. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
7. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
8. Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
9. Understanding of IOS’s design principles and interface guidelines
10. Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
11. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools (such as Instruments and Shark)
12. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
13. Knack for benchmarking and optimization
14. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git or SVN)
15. Familiarity with continuous integration

1. Design and build applications for the iOS platform
2. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
3. Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
