COMPANY OVERVIEW

Integrasense is a manufacturer and value added distributor of industrial automation, IIot devices, electrical controls, industrial computers, Electronics assemblies, and software products. We provide full product, application engineering design and manufacturing from controls, monitoring panels and automation solutions to embedded microcontrollers and software used in a variety of intelligent products. Our offices and design/ assembly shop is located in Wilmington, Ma.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Automation Electronics and Firmware Engineer Intern at Integrasense, your role will be to discover, understand and adopt emerging technologies to adapt and bring new-age product concepts to life. You’ll be prototyping and developing electrical and software solutions that bridges our connected products and devices with interactive software.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Academic concentration in Electronics, Computer Science, Software , Automation Engineering or a related field.

Extremely strong self-motivator and self-starter.

Experience and ability to grasp and execute new development platforms.

Strong experience with electronics both analog and digital, real-time software, scripting in Python or equivalent language and associated API’s and SDK’s.

Strong ability to design and develop new products from concept.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

NICE SKILLS TO POSESS

CAD, Schematic or PCB design

Cloud Experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).

Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning experience.

Working knowledge of communicating via Bluetooth/WiFi technologies.

Familiar with JSON, Embedded C /C++, IoT protocols i.e. MQTT, XMPP, DDS, AMQP, CoAP.

Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi and mobile platforms- iOS/Android.

Makerspace experience /Membership.- ie CNC, 3 D Design and Printing
