About the Role

As a Consulting Manager – iOS Application Modernization, you will make an impact by leading the redesign and modernization of a strategic customer-facing iOS application that serves prospective customers across critical engagement touchpoints. You will be a valued member of a high-performing consulting team, collaborating closely with clients, product leaders, UX designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and intuitive mobile experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end redesign and modernization of a flagship iOS application, translating business and user experience requirements into scalable Swift and SwiftUI solutions.
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineering teams to create an engaging, high-performing, and visually compelling customer experience.
  • Drive API integration, application performance optimization, and mobile architecture best practices to ensure security, reliability, and seamless functionality.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, mentoring, and quality assurance practices.
  • Oversee application testing, deployment processes, release management, and App Store delivery while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Work Model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week at a client location in New Jersey or New York. What You Must Have to Be Considered
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.
  • Strong expertise in mobile application architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience integrating and optimizing RESTful APIs and backend services within mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting code reviews, implementing testing strategies, and managing App Store releases.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Compensation

$110,000 - $129,000 USD annually

Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
