Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team serving projects within Digital, Data, AI, Client and Banking domains within Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into exceptional digital experiences. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital products, ensuring they are both intuitive and empowering for our users.

What you will do

  • Lead the UX design process for complex digital and financial systems, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iteratively improve the user experience.
  • Utilize data from various analytics platforms to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX enhancements.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other designers on the team and contribute to the development of the design team's culture and knowledge base.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into your workflow where appropriate.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, preferably within the financial sector or investment banking.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX expertise in designing complex applications for web, mobile, and/or desktop platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience with conducting and analyzing user research, A/B testing, and other usability practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Galileo AI, Uizard) or a demonstrated interest in leveraging generative AI to accelerate design workflows.
