Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic, patient-centered private practice Part-Time or Full-Time. Our small, well-established office is committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care in a supportive and friendly environment. We take pride in offering comprehensive dental services while prioritizing patient comfort, satisfaction, and long-term oral health.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
  • Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crowns, implant restorations, extractions, root canals and preventive care. Implant placement and Invisalign skills are a plus. Growth in these skills are welcome and encouraged.
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to maintain efficient patient flow and exceptional care.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date patient records.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay structure: Daily rate or % of productions (whichever is greater)

Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Active California DDS/DMD license
  • Strong understanding of infection control protocols
  • Experience with dental imaging; 3D CBCT proficiency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vital signs monitoring; oral conscious sedation permit is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
  • Preferred experience in endodontics and oral surgery
  • Monday through Thursday and one or more Fridays per month
