We are looking for a Rock Star, experienced Front Desk with 3 years of experience presenting Treatment Plans to join our growing team! You must have dental clinical knowledge or have been a past dental assistant to be considered.
We require 3 years minimum experience, and responsibilities range from understanding and presenting dental treatment plans, understanding dental insurance and financial options (Care Credit, Sunbit, Lending Club, etc), able to be joyful and helpful on the phone while having knowledge of how to stay focused during the call to ultimately help the patient schedule!
Must have knowledge in Dental Insurance and Dentrix.
This is a full-time position in a brand new, state-of-the-art office, which has the newest technology ranging from the top-of-the-line CBCT to help treatment plan and educate patients on their dental options, to the iTero, to help patients visualize the outcome of their dental and Invisalign treatment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, goal-oriented, able to exceed monthly goals, able to help explain clinical necessity and benefits to patients for needed treatment, and able to help patients with financial options to move forward with treatment with a 75% or better same-day closure rate. You must have exceptional knowledge of Dentrix, the ability to learn and use MyiTero.com to show patient conditions in their mouth, the ability to read and show findings on radiographs, and be exceptionally knowledgeable on Powerpoint, Excel, and Word to create fliers and presentations for patients.

In order to encourage necessary treatment, this position does not pay bonuses, but your performance goes towards calculating profit sharing, once you are eligible for benefits 12 months into this position which can range yearly up from $0 to $12,000 in retirement profit-sharing benefits (depending on office performance).
