General Dentist – $175k–$350k, 30% Production, $25k Sign-On, Daily Guarantee, Partnership Potential

Job Description:

We're seeking a passionate, clinically driven General Dentist to join our team full- or part-time and provide high-quality care to a strong, loyal patient base. For the right long-term fit, there is also the potential for future partnership in the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earning potential of $175,000–$350,000/year (base + 30% of production)
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus ($12,500 on first paycheck and $12,500 at renewal)
  • Guaranteed $1,100/day for the first 90 days, then $1,000/day thereafter

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
    • Restorative procedures
    • Surgical extractions
    • Molar endodontics
    • Other general and emergency dental treatments
  • Diagnose and present clear, ethical treatment plans
  • Coordinate with hygienists, assistants, and front office team to maintain an efficient schedule
  • Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent chairside manner
  • Contribute to a positive, team-based environment

Requirements

  • Active Ohio dental license
  • DEA license
  • 3 years of experience
  • Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
  • Competence and confidence with:
    • Surgical extractions
    • Molar endodontics
    • General restorative procedures
  • Ability to perform surgically guided implant placement
  • Invisalign Certified
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
