Job description

Associate Dentist

East Lansing Family Dentistry, a private practice, has been a staple in the East Lansing community for over 35 years! Our practice has built a reputation based on trust, quality and excellent customer service. We are currently a thriving 2-doctor practice that provides a full scope of general dentistry with a new patient flow of 30-40 per month. One doctor is phasing out of practice so a new Associate will have a very high amount of patient access and growth potential. New owner has ambitions to grow the practice on multiple fronts and this Associate can be a part of the exciting growth! The ideal Associate Dentist candidate is someone that has had residency training and/or a few years of experience in private practice. They should place an emphasis on the quality of their dentistry rather than the quantity and be committed to providing care that makes patients feel like family. They should approach dentistry with a "never stop learning" attitude and strive to improve and hone their skillset each year through continuing education. This position is ideal for someone that wants to earn a substantial salary, without worrying about the responsibility of ownership, however, there are pathways to partnership and profit sharing for the right candidate. Our facility is modern, updated, and equipped with everything you need to provide high-quality dentistry. If you have a passion for dental care and are looking to work alongside other equally caring and committed professionals, we want to hear from you!
