  • Support capital raising initiatives by engaging qualified prospective investors and scheduling meetings.
  • Utilize our proprietary investor management platform to track activity, manage communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate investor onboarding and assist with documentation throughout the investment process.
  • Collaborate closely with your assigned client and the InvestorOps leadership team to execute fundraising strategies.
  • Meet individual performance goals and KPIs related to investor engagement, pipeline management, and capital raising activity.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investor conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Professional, confident, and consultative communication style.
  • Highly accountable with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable speaking with executives, investors, and business owners.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about private capital markets.
  • Experience meeting performance goals, KPIs, sales targets, or relationship management metrics.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, finance, wealth management, financial services, fundraising, or business development.

  • FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, or similar), where applicable.
