Job Description
The Investment Manager -The Investment Manager manages simple to moderately complex investment portfolios for primarily fiduciary (irrevocable and revocable trust) accounts as well as agency and IRAs. Investment Manager generally hands smaller accounts, works under the direct supervision of management or more senior staff. Consults with Relationship Manager, Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, Trust Officer and client to deliver solutions based on organizational investment philosophy and customer objectives. Provides an open architecture approach based upon the guidance list of strategies overseen and approved by the BOKF investment process (Wealth Portfolios, mutual funds, ETF's, SMA's, alternative investments, etc.). May have limited interaction with tax attorney's and/or accountants or other outside client based relationships. Investment Manager I has minimal expectation to assist in new business development and may also develop and leverage internal partnership opportunities. Advancement from this position will be based upon success in achieving the above goals, additional experience, and the pursuit of additional professional credentialing.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will provide support and manage client portfolios.
  • You will proactively communicate with existing clients and administrators about their accounts, including the reporting of investment activity and performance.
  • You will study research and trends in portfolio management and stay informed of developments in the capital market.
  • You will consult with clients to develop investment objectives and provide guidance. You will stay abreast of the market and economy and be able to provide advice of legal and tax consequences of investment decisions.
  • You'll prepare reports and presentations for your own client meetings.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and 1-3 years related experience or 7-9 years equivalent experience in financial markets.
Preferred:
Pursuit of professional credentialing such as CFA, CFP, CIMA, or equivalent.
