Job description

OPPORTUNITY
The Multi-Family Asset Management Intern Analyst candidate will be working closely with and provide support to the Multi-Family Asset Management Team, including cash flow analysis (sensitivity analysis, updating quarterly cash flow models, etc.).
Start Date: Immediate opening
Hours Per Week: up to 30 hours (40 hours - Winter/Summer)
Wages: $20/hr. $25/hr. for MBA students
Degree Type: Finance - Real Estate Focus Desirable
Academic Level: Rising Junior working toward a graduate degree, Seniors graduating 2026, or MBA Candidate
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
The activities listed here are not all-inclusive; rather, they indicate the types of activities normally performed by this position. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:
Cash flow analysis (Sensitivity analysis, update quarterly cash flow models, perform asset valuations, in-depth valuation and hold/sell analysis)
Assist in the preparation of Annual Business Plans and other strategic plans
Prepare analysis of capital projects and other investment decisions impacting asset value
Assist in the preparation of Investor Reports
Work directly with asset managers, leasing and property management teams
Work with lenders to complete quarterly reporting requirements, draw requests, and site inspections
WHAT ABOUT THE PERKS?
Growth & Development: The Multifamily Asset Management Analyst Intern will report to the Director - Multifamily Asset Management and work directly with the Asset Manager on all assigned projects. The Intern Analyst will receive one-on-one training, coaching, and mentoring. Training received will relate to general multifamily asset management topics, as well as reporting and investor presentations.
