The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Investments Analyst to join Trust Investments located in Chicago, IL.

Boeing’s Trust Investments provides strategic leadership in managing Boeing’s approximately $125 billion in retirement assets, supporting the financial security of employees and retirees.

The team leads investment decisions, balancing risk and return, and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of Boeing’s Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans. As the Investments Analyst, you will support the management of public and private market investments, with a primary focus on Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, and Private Credit. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced investment professionals and gain exposure to complex investment structures within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Supports analytical reporting related to the Public and Private Markets portfolios, including performance, attribution, characteristics, and cash flows at both the portfolio and fund levels
  • Monitors global economic, political, and investment trends and contribute insights to staff discussions and asset class reviews
  • Supports new and additional fund commitments through the preparation of subscription documents and letters of direction to banking partners
  • Follows procedures for Public and Private Markets documentation, due diligence and record retention
  • Collaborates within a team environment and reports to the Managing Director of Investments
  • Work hybrid schedule in accordance with Treasury policy (i.e., currently Tuesday – Thursday on‑site, with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • 3+ years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with public and alternative investment strategies and fund structures (private equity, hedge funds, real assets, credit)
  • Experience or interest in leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to automate processes and enhance analytics reporting
  • Progress towards CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and/or MBA (Master of Business Administration) or related master’s degree

Summary pay range: $100,300 - $135,700
