With limited supervision, applies analytical skills to provide consistent data and reporting support for Corporate & Investment Banking teams and deal teams. Produce high quality analysis and presentation materials.A Senior Associate will begin to play a leadership role in the evolution and development of the groups pitch materials and modeling and analytical work as well as running the transaction execution process including the creation of financial models and other materials A Senior Associate may also provide management and oversight of Analyst pool to ensure the production of a high quality work product.Please see below for specific responsibilities and requirements for this role.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Build and understand complex financial models.* Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.* Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other relevant software programs.* Complete research and maintain information databases as required.* Work well as part of a team in a high stress environment.* Develop good working relationships with peers and senior bankers in Corporate & Investment Bank and the rest of the organization.* Manage priorities while working on a number of high priority opportunities simultaneously.* Complete basic credit and corporate finance overview and analysis independently.* Serve as support to the Managing Directors and be capable of making internal and external presentations to support the efforts of the Managing Directors on the team.* Interact with all important constituencies in the course of executing and closing loan transactions.* Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, confidentiality, and information barrier requirements across all workstreams.* Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team’s and the company’s mission.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree/certification (e.g., CFA) preferred but not required.* 5–7 years of total relevant investment banking M&A experience, including prior Associate-level responsibilities; internal promotion candidates typically have 5–7 total years’ experience.
