Who We’re Looking For

We seek rising seniors who are:

  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Accounting.
  • Academically strong (3.5+ GPA preferred).
  • Passionate about markets, investments, and solving complex problems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communicators who thrive in collaborative environments.

Which skills do you need?

  • Basic understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in investments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • High integrity and ethical values.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Python, SQL, or R.
  • Interest in pursuing the CFA designation.
  • Prior internships or exposure to financial markets.

Employment Authorization

Compensation

The 2027 hourly pay rate for this position is listed below. Compensation will be paid based on hours worked and in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws, including overtime requirements where applicable. This role is FLSA non-exempt. 

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour (annualized equivalent $83,200)

Housing Assistance Stipend: $2,000

Travel Stipend: Up to $450
