THE POSITION:

The Sr. Investment Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and will play a central role in portfolio-level financial modeling, performance analysis, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between financial performance, operational execution, and strategic objectives. The position also supports equity sponsor reporting and analytics in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

  • Portfolio Modeling & Decision Support
    Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support portfolio-level performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Analyze key metrics including ROI, IRR, and MOIC across assets and initiatives, providing clear insights to senior leadership.
  • Equity Sponsor & Executive Reporting
    Support recurring and ad hoc requests from equity sponsors, including portfolio performance reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. Assist in preparing board materials, investor updates, and executive-level presentations. Ensure all analyses are accurate, cohesive, and aligned with sponsor expectations and investment frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Reconciliation & Performance Alignment
    Act as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to reconcile financial forecasts, operating plans, and actual performance. Ensure consistency of assumptions across models and reporting outputs, proactively identify and resolve variances.

THE DETAILS:

  • Location: Denver, CO - In office ~4 days per week
  • Travel: less than 5% domestically
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass a comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive financial experience; preferably in investment banking, private equity or for a private equity-backed company
  • Prior experience in a data center is preferred
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills and business case experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
  • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
  • Proven record of providing both internal and external customer service

Compensation Range:

$106,000.00 - $115,540.00
