The Role

As the Lead Analyst, Capital Finance, you will play a key role in managing capital investments that support this innovative network infrastructure while assisting with other key finance functions as needed. Acting as a trusted advisor to the North America Operations Leadership Team, you will ensure efficient capital allocation, identify risks and opportunities, and provide financial insights that drive value to the organization.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Capital Management: Partner with business and finance teams to ensure efficient capital allocation and investment management. Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities related to capital investments. Help shape the capital governance framework and processes to improve decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions. Conduct monthly analysis and deliver readouts to stakeholders, including leadership and operational teams. Provide variance analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insights & Process Improvement: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights using tools and techniques such as visual storytelling. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and drive efficiency. Organize and clarify ambiguous information to deliver accurate and insightful outputs.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams. Work cross-functionally to address reporting and operational needs, aligning stakeholders on key priorities. Take ownership of challenges, drive positive outcomes, and set a standard of excellence within the team.
  • Support a diverse portfolio of one-time projects and strategic initiatives, including reporting enhancements, new product launches, process optimization efforts, and cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver system enhancements and development initiatives, resolving application defects, improving functionality, and ensuring solutions align with evolving business needs.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, capital management, or a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
