2. Client Support and Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and demonstrating a deep understanding of their objectives.
3. Financial Analysis and Valuation:
  • Conduct financial analyses, including financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comparables), and sensitivity analyses to support transaction decisions.
  • Evaluate financial statements, market data, and other relevant information to develop comprehensive financial projections and investment theses.
4. Research and Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide clients with informed, data-driven insights.
  • Perform sector-specific research to support transaction positioning and strategic recommendations.
5. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Analysts and senior team members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of work products.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
6. Business Development Support:
  • Assist in business development initiatives, including pitch preparation, target identification, and market outreach.
  • Support senior bankers in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base.

  • Minimum of 2 years of investment banking experience, or relevant financial services experience, with a focus on sell-side M&A advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Deal Cloud/Pitchbook and research databases is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred but not required.
