The firm provides comprehensive wealth management solutions by integrating financial planning, investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management. Serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families, they are dedicated to building long-term relationships through exceptional service and trusted financial guidance.

They are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to join their growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting financial advisors, ensuring an outstanding client experience, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service in a professional wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the client onboarding process from start to finish while providing ongoing client support.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by responding to inquiries, resolving service requests, and fostering strong relationships.

Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and client documentation.

Support compliance initiatives and ensure proper recordkeeping.

Coordinate with custodians, investment companies, and third-party service providers to facilitate client requests.

Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings, reviews, and reporting.

Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors as needed.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Service Associate or in a similar role within wealth management, financial planning, or a broker-dealer environment.

Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 7 with Series 63 and 65), in good standing and eligible for transfer.

Strong understanding of investment operations, financial planning processes, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software, including CRM platforms, portfolio management systems, and custodial platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Experience working with industry-leading wealth management platforms and managed account programs.

Previous experience supporting investment programs for financial institutions is a plus.
