A Top 100 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their to join its Transactions Practice Group.


JD years 2017-2021. Qualified candidates must have solid fund formation and investment management experience, including fund and management structuring, side letter negotiations, secondary sales, and Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance experience. The ideal candidate also will have sophisticated document drafting skill and the ability to manage complex projects and transactions. The candidate must be comfortable with direct interaction with both senior partners and clients and have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing and collaborative environment.


To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment.
