Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to join our growing financial services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to investment activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the seamless execution of investment transactions. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our investment processes, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of financial accuracy. Responsibilities

  • Process and settle a wide range of investment transactions, including trade settlement, cash management, and securities transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and detect potential fraud activities through rigorous fraud prevention and detection techniques, safeguarding client assets and data.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations such as securities law, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and industry-specific standards by implementing appropriate controls and reporting procedures.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis using Excel data analysis tools like pivot tables and spreadsheets to support investment decision-making and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on business operations, accounting, regulatory reporting, and client communication to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Manage internal communication channels effectively to ensure clarity across teams regarding trade status, regulatory updates, or procedural changes.

Skills
