Job Description

The Analyst, Investor Allocations will help drive the investment process, allocation process, closing process, and asset sales for advised clients (including funds and separately managed accounts) and report directly to the VP-Investment Execution & Allocations.

The Investor Allocations Team consists of ~4 individuals, whose primary focus is the eligibility assessment, allocation, and settlement of Asset Management Investor Programs and the various Balance Sheet entities into the deals in which Antares leads or participates. The team interacts heavily with deal professionals, program managers, Capital Markets, Treasury, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Track each new investment opportunity in the Antares Capital origination pipeline from initial screen to client investment to confirm eligibility for advised clients and investor programs and ensure that suitable investment opportunities are made available to advised clients.
  • Provide single point of contact to Antares Capital origination and underwriting professionals during the allocation process.
  • Track and report on deal-level data impacting eligibility and concentration limits (e.g., industry, leverage, cov-lite limits) for advised client programs.
  • Coordinate with Antares Capital deal teams, Capital Markets, ACA/ACCA Program Managers and Antares-Joint Allocation Committee to ensure allocations are compliant with policies and communicated to all parties.
  • Work with Operations Trade Execution team and Antares Capital deal teams to ensure timely and accurate closing of advised clients' investments in each deal.
  • Facilitate the asset sale process for advised clients' portfolio accounts to ensure compliance with individual program requirements.
  • Collect and maintain deal-level data required at inception and ongoing for advised client programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years in investor relations, operations, or finance with a top-tier asset management firm or U.S. direct lending firm
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products and services, including private credit, structured finance, and direct lending
  • Demonstrated track record of career growth and excellence
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Collaboration skills: Works effectively in cross functional team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
