Award-winning, inclusive, top workplace culture doesn't happen overnight. It's a result of hard work by extraordinary people. The industry's brightest talent drive our efforts to deliver purposeful work and meaningful impact every day. Learn more about what makes us different and how you can make your mark as an Investment Service Coordinator at Tribridge Partners, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company.

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, private client insurance and wealth management solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).

A day in the life.

As our Investment Service Coordinator on the Individual Solutions team, you'll be the person who keeps client meeting follow-up and account processing moving from start to finish. You'll coordinate documentation, stay aligned with compliance requirements, and make sure clients and internal partners have what they need, when they need it. You will prepare and process client paperwork for account openings (individual, IRA, 529), transfers, conversions, beneficiary updates, withdrawals, investments, managed accounts, distributions, wire transfers, and financial plans. You will also manage legal and administrative documentation tied to trusts, POA/estates, name changes, broker/dealer changes, and business reassignments. You will forward documents to the appropriate departments for review/approval, then follow up through completion; confirm account establishment, verify account numbers, and track asset transfers until everything is complete, while maintaining files in line with Compliance Policy & Procedures, including audit records, client documentation, and required logs (checks, gifts, financial planning, new accounts), annual reviews, memos, renewals, trade corrections, rep splits, system access, and NIGO tracking. You'll proactively communicate with clients on qualified charitable distributions (QCDs), required minimum distributions (RMDs), and other annual distributions, including sending tax documents based on the team service tier model. You will process trades for clients, set up and process DWAC/DTC delivery of securities, obtain transfer agent documentation as needed, and confirm transfer/receipt of assets.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of client service experience within wealth management, private banking, personal trust, or a similar environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift and timelines matter
  • Series 6 license (or the desire to pursue and the ability to obtain)
  • Strong grasp of account types and security types, including equities and bonds
  • Extremely strong organization and attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with care and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with trust account systems and commonly used wealth platforms, such as Streetscape, DST Vision, Black Diamond, Salesforce, Schwab Advisor Center, and other mutual fund/managed account sites

We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Don't be shy. If you're close, we'd be very interested in meeting you.

Valuable benefits.

We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside of work. Our culture promotes colleague well-being through robust benefits programs and resources, professional and personal development opportunities, and fulfillment through meaningful work.

Some benefits included in this role are:

  • Generous time off, including personal and volunteering
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities
  • Hybrid work
  • Charitable contribution match programs
  • Stock purchase opportunities
