We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Depositories team within the Financial Services group in our Atlanta, GA office.
The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities. On a day-to-day basis our Analysts:
  • Provide critical support during all phases of transaction execution
  • Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
  • Coordinate transaction due diligence
  • Conduct industry- and company-specific research
  • Interface directly with clients and senior bankers
  • Develop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
  • Prior experience in investment banking or a related financial field preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees required
  • Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training
  • Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team
  • U.S. work eligibility is required. Candidates must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
