Investment bankers are financial professionals who help companies, governments, and other organizations raise capital by issuing stocks and bonds, and provide advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors, offering strategic advice on complex financial matters. Investment bankers also conduct market research, evaluate financial risks, and help clients navigate regulatory requirements. Their work is crucial for facilitating large-scale financial deals and supporting growth in the business world.
