Position Summary: The Investment Client Strategy Associate supports the strategic growth and development of the Investment Division by partnering with advisors to deliver portfolio monitoring, client review preparation, and wealth planning analysis. The associate proactively identifies planning opportunities as a strategic resource by providing client insights, business analysis, reporting, project management, and coordination of key initiatives. The associate will leverage opportunities to develop client presentations that help advisors deepen relationships and grow assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor all advisory portfolios for allocation drift, cash balances, concentrated positions and risk changes.
  • Analyze client relationships, investment activity, portfolio trends, revenue, profitability, and other business metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with investment professionals to understand client needs and develop strategies to deepen relationships and increase engagement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to capture additional client assets and strengthen overall client relationships.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to introduce investment products, services, and solutions that align with client objectives and advisor recommendations as presented in the portfolio analysis.
  • Serve as central point of coordination for key client strategy initiative, ensuring appropriate follow-up, accountability and execution.
  • Identifies rebalancing opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of bank policies, regulatory requirements, risk management expectations, and applicable investment practices.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor.

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Series 7, 65 and/or 66 licenses are required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, banking, financial services, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret business and investment data.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop presentations and communicated recommendations to various levels of leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be bondable
