Am Law top 100 and ranked a Top 10 M&A firm across all industries is seeking a mid-to-senior corporate associate to join its Capital Markets and Public Companies group.


The ideal candidate must have over 2-5 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks. Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings. Also, experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. WA bar preferred.
