Join Our Team as an Electronics Engineering Associate Manager where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
Location: This position does not support teleworking; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in: Courtland AL and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.

What does this role look like?
You enjoy championing engineering rigor and product development process compliance throughout the product lifecycle. You bring innovative ideas that influence the broader engineering tenets while aligning activities for efficient and successful engineering methodology. You champion organizational change across the portfolio and optimize how the product lines operate.


Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
Generation of executable plans, coordination of teams, establishment of team goals and objectives that align with the customer and leadership intentions. Success is measured by the ability to plan, schedule and execute within the constraints of a highly complex environment.
The role requires high level of coordination with the Vehicle Systems and Integration Teams.
Assure appropriate test, integration standards and processes are defined and followed.
Deliver EGSE in a timely fashion in support of program needs.
To be effective in this role, you will need:
Previous experience executing and leading (either technically or functionally) Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) teams.
5+ years of professional experience for this role.
While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Must be willing to travel to other Lockheed sites.
