Responsibilities
  • Lead large organization of 175+ associates in hybrid and internal wholesaling
  • Set team’s strategy to distribute Fidelity’s mutual fund, ETF, ALTS, model, custom model, SMA, custom SMA, CIT, and portfolio construction capabilities across 82,000 intermediaries
  • Drive value proposition to grow advisor practices and help them achieve better investor outcomes through portfolio construction, thought leadership, and practice management
  • Prioritize collaboration across FI sales channels and business units
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the RIA, Broker Dealer, Retirement and Institutional Insurance markets
  • Series 7, 63 required; 24 & 51 must be obtained within the first 90 days in position
