Overview

Drive impactful business initiatives and perform insightful analysis to support department and product growth while ensuring data integrity. Ensures sound, efficient business processes exist and evolve based on internal and external conditions. Supports the products and services within the Partnerships Organization.


Responsibilities
  • Leads business and system improvement efforts: collaborates with employees at various levels to understand business problems, identify improvements, create a plan to introduce change, and evaluate changes made for success. Provides reporting and data analysis for trending and recommending resolution strategies and activities.
  • Identifies and quantifies risk associated with business initiatives and resolution strategies; takes proactive, independent action to mitigate risks; and escalates risks that jeopardize assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Product Management, PD&IT, Marketing, Vendor partners, Sales etc.) to identify system and team dependencies, test operational process improvements, including system change requests, from beginning to end, and works with training resources to ensure consistent, thorough training for all impacted areas.
  • Provides direction to our IT partners regarding operational requirements and testing results to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements
  • Communicates business activities and risks to external audiences and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Leads short and long-term resolution of complex processing problems and escalated issues. Coordinates the actions of the Partnerships team in response to high-severity issues. Effectively communicates status during critical events.
  • Compiles data, converts analysis into presentations, and makes business recommendations to senior management.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $56,000 - $87,572 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
