Parts Inventory Specialist

Full-Time | Ranging $17.00 - 20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Specialist to join our Parts Department. This position is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory, receiving shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring our technicians and customers receive the right parts at the right time.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts.

  • Assist with annual physical inventory.

  • Pull and stage parts for technicians and service advisors.

  • Process manufacturer returns and core returns.

  • Keep the parts warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and warranty parts as needed.

  • Follow Toyota and dealership inventory procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
