Job description

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our Accounting Team! The physical inventory is the car title, not the actual car. This position relies heavily on working with the Inventory Manager at the store level to ensure all paperwork is processed correctly in accounting while also ensuring a title is obtained.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Stock in vehicles and post invoices daily.
  • Organize and file all MCOs and titles.
  • Apply for duplicate titles and MCOs.
  • Follow up on titles and lien releases not received.
  • Post vehicle purchases and issue payoff/equity checks.
  • Manage floor plan payments, additions, and transfers.
  • Clean and maintain all inventory schedules.
  • Communicate with the sales department for any missing paperwork.

Qualities needed to succeed include:
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Detail oriented and good communication skills.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Hours:
  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • This is a full-time position.

Compensation:
  • $20-$23 an hour depending on experience.
