About the Opportunity

A growing education and retail organization is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across multiple locations and product lines. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing a large volume of small goods across multiple brands.

The Inventory Manager will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining optimal stock levels, negotiating with vendors, and developing efficient systems that support daily operations.


What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory across multiple brands and product categories
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder products as needed
  • Organize and optimize inventory storage systems for efficiency and accessibility
  • Partner with purchasing, retail, and operational teams to ensure inventory availability
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Track inventory movement and reporting through inventory management software
  • Maintain accurate product labeling, categorization, and storage standards
  • Develop and improve inventory processes, workflows, and reporting
  • Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable purchasing terms
  • Travel between company locations and vendors as needed


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of inventory management experience
  • Experience managing high-volume inventories consisting of numerous small items
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and vendor management skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
