Responsibilities and Duties:

Warehouse Associate – Inventory Focus


Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform physical and digital inventory control tasks, including:

• Receiving incoming goods (both domestic and international).

• Verifying and storing products in racks using mobile devices and scanners (Zebra or similar).

• Preparing outbound orders and coordinating dispatch.

• Conducting cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciling physical vs. theoretical stock.

• Managing inter-warehouse and store transfers through SAP Business One.

• Use SAP Business One to log inventory movements, update product locations, track stock levels, and investigate discrepancies.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and accurately stocked.

• Support the unloading and classification of merchandise from containers or external suppliers.

• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

• Use Excel to generate basic inventory reports, track reconciliations, and monitor stock movements.

• Operate electric and gas-powered forklifts, as well as manual pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment (valid forklift certification required).

• Follow OSHA safety standards and internal policies for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.

• Maintain accurate records and document any inventory-related incidents.


Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center roles, with a strong focus on inventory management.

• Operational proficiency with SAP Business One for logistics and inventory processes.

  • Operation of computers and basic programs: use of PC, Windows operating system, Outlook email, and basic-level Excel.

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (filters, simple formulas, tables).

• Valid forklift certification (electric and gas-powered).

• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs using proper techniques.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and record information in both languages.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Use of SAP inventory system and Zebra-type scanners for product location in racks, receiving merchandise, and recording warehouse movements.
