Purpose: 

We are specifically looking for logistics-minded person to join our team. Experience in the field is highly valued, as our data shows it leads to the strongest long-term success in this role.
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handles shipments or helps with shipments.
  • Handles Stock movements; Receiving, Kit-ups 
  • Loading / unloading and verification of incoming or outgoing shipments or inventory transfers,
  • Inspection for damage of materials or finished goods.
  • Maintain inventory records, assistance with inventory counts and inventory reporting.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment / warehouse.
  • Storage of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Sorting and delivering incoming shipments
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (On-Site)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in shipping/receiving, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with Packing Lists, BOLs, RMA, HS codes, Commercial Invoices and customs documentation, knowledge of INCO terms ()
  • Clear written and verbal English; accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
  • working knowledge of carrier platforms (e.g. (UPS / FedEx / Purolator / DHL)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Physically lift 50 pounds charges
  • Must be capable of standing, bending and physically working for period of time. 
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Strong understanding of inventory control 
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Forklift Experience is an asset)
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift/move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Must be computer Literate and capable of using basic computer functions. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)

Education:

  • High School Graduate

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.

Objectif :

Responsabilités : 

  • Il gère les expéditions ou aide avec les expéditions.
  • Manipule les mouvements de la crosse; Réception, Kit-ups 
  • Chargement/déchargement et vérification des envois entrants ou sortants ou des transferts d'inventaire,
  • Inspection pour détecter des dommages aux matériaux ou aux produits finis.
  • Tenir des registres d'inventaire, aider au comptage et aux rapports d'inventaire.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail / entrepôt propre.
  • Entreposage des matières premières et des produits finis.
  • Tri et livraison des expéditions entrantes
  • Heures d'ouverture : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h (sur place)

Exigences :

  • 2+ ans en expédition/réception, entreposage et logistique.
  • Familiarité avec les listes d'emballage, BOL, RMA, codes HS, factures commerciales et documents douaniers, connaissance des termes INCO ()
  • Anglais écrit et oral clair; Tenue de dossiers précis et souci des détails.
  • Connaissance pratique des plateformes de transporteurs (par exemple (UPS / FedEx / Purolator / DHL)
  • Bonnes compétences en communication
  • Solides compétences en informatique
  • Soulevez physiquement des charges de 50 livres
  • Doit être capable de se tenir debout, de se pencher et de travailler physiquement pendant une certaine période. 
  • Le bilingue est un atout
