MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst II to join our vehicle sustainment team in Warren, Michigan. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions supporting  logistics efforts.
  • Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions.
  • Record, maintain and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance. Packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment.
  • Reports to Senior Logistician or Supply Supervisor.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma and 7 years relevant experience
  • Supply personnel shall have a minimum of one year experience in the use of Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), GCSS-A or DOD equivalent to ensure military supply system proficiency and managing inventory and maintenance records without requiring basic software training
  • Ability to meet with Government and/or Customer representatives to provide feedback, obtain assignment updates, and present reports on a weekly basis as needed. This includes the ability to visit TACOM once or twice a week for face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations. 
     

Clearance Requirements: 

  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. 
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach. 
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas. 
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts. 
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
