Job description


In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring inventory accuracy and availability, reducing stock discrepancies, and supporting timely production and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control processes and systems.
  • Assist in generating inventory reports and metrics to support decision-making and operational planning.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software to track and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends and support inventory decision-making.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or related supply chain roles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft and experience with inventory control software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
