What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Research missing, delayed, or disputed inventory
  • Reconcile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and asset recovery
  • Monitor inventory movement and maintain system integrity
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory and audit reports
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Support inventory requests, fulfillment, and special orders
  • Follow all company procedures and compliance standards
