Become a Key Player as an Inventory Control Clerk

You will help the team maintain accurate inventory and ensure production lines have the parts they need on a swing schedule. Your work directly supports internal manufacturing stakeholders and the stores/functions that move and track parts. Onsite (Swing: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Mon–Thurs).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Receive and issue parts and tooling; pull work orders for the manufacturing floor and receive finished details
  • Perform storekeeping, inventory control, cycle counting, scanning, and basic document control
  • Move parts and materials between work centers and buildings using company vehicles or forklifts as needed
  • Verify parts for defects, meet output and efficiency expectations, and escalate exceptions to appropriate staff
  • Use internal computer applications for inquiries, basic report generation, data entry, and scanning
  • Maintain housekeeping and support basic stores functions for internal customers
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • US citizenship (must confirm in notes)
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, legible handwriting, and organizational ability
  • Basic PC/computer skills and ability to interpret/update work order and production documents
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical activity (climbing, balancing, handling materials)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to identify variances and solve problems
