This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing quality, and establishing effective audit mechanisms. Key responsibilities include reducing process or handling defects throughout inbound to outbound processes, ensuring operational quality and data accuracy, and developing and implementing loss/incident prevention strategies. Additionally, optimizing the Andon Cord process, leading Kaizen projects for continuous improvement, and managing a team of on-site ICQA operation members are crucial to this role.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to drive significant improvements in our inventory and quality assurance processes. Job Responsibilities: Inventory Accuracy Management: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and continuous improvement efforts. Conduct root cause analysis based on defects and discrepancies to drive optimization and improvement.

Quality Management: Ensure the quality of in-store products, including monitoring expiration dates and managing any product damage. Use QA-related tools and methods to assure operation quality, including operational standard compliance and fulfillment center data accuracy. Reduce process or handling defects throughout inbound to outbound processes.

Operational Process Audit: Understand audit processes, highlight discrepancies, and analyze metrics. Establish and implement audit mechanisms to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) throughout all operations processes. Andon Cord Optimization: Own the Andon Cord process, analyze root causes of issues, and implement quick fixes for short-term adjustments and long-term process optimizations.

Loss/Incident Prevention: Develop and implement strategies to prevent losses and incidents within the fulfillment center. Monitor and analyze loss patterns to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. ICQA Personnel Performance Management: Manage the performance of on-site Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) personnel.

Lead daily problem-solving activities to address team tasks and operational challenges. Project Management: Initiate Kaizen projects and drive continuous improvement and optimization. Participate in team projects as requested.

Qualifications and Requirements: BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, with a preference for those with Inventory Control experience. Comprehensive understanding of inventory control in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Attention to detail with an emphasis on data and operational precision, adept at identifying and implementing systems to minimize discrepancies or errors. Data-Driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Expertise in Lean Management principles and familiarity with methodologies such as 5S, root cause analysis and Kaizen.

Demonstrated ability to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through innovative solutions. Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other standard development tools.
