Logistics Inventory Control II
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics | Phoenix, AZ
Hourly Rate: $23.50 USD
Shift Differential: up to $25.00 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.
The Inventory Control Associate II supports accurate inventory management and helps resolve routine inventory issues by following established procedures. This role interacts with internal teams and external customers to address inventory control questions, support branch service requests, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control; ensure compliance with legal and other requirements; interact with internal and external customers as needed
  • Respond to requests such as shipping issues, line item adjustments, and sales order tracking; support product evaluations and demos; provide Resolution Desk support
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified through reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For
  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience; for warehouse jobs, typically requires at least 5 years of experience
  • Entry-level role with limited prior relevant training or work experience; acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy; limited discretion to vary from established procedures; works with close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
  • Prior inventory experience is a plus
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus
